No option to add device on app

Trying to set up a Fitbit Flex. It works with my iPad, but not my parents, which is the same model and is current on all updates. When I install the Fitbit app, there is no option to add a device. I've tried deleting the app and re-downloading, but it just keeps pulling down the same version from the cloud. Called Fitbit customer service and they were no help. Anyone else have this problem?

Hi, @Donkgirl. You shouldn't need to set up your tracker again once it's linked to your account. You just need to log into your account from the app on a new device (your parent's tablet).

When I did this, the Flex won't sync to their IPad and I noticed the "Auto-sync" option as well as the "sync now" options are not available. I deleted the device to see if I could add it again, but that's when I found I no lnger have the option to add it.
