When I track a "Workout" and try to change it to something else in the IOS app under "Categorize exercise" it doesn't show any results when I try to search for it. It show my latest for example: "Run" and "Sport". But even when I try to search for these it doesn't give any results.

Thanks in advance!

@Karlbusen   I remember another user describing the same problem some time ago.  We went back and forth because I can re-categorize a workout to anything on the list in the US.  Turns out she is in Sweden.  Try changing your language to English in the app.  I can't remember if that works or not.

I can do to on my app in the US.  I just checked.

Hi @Karlbusen. Welcome! It's good to see you here in the forums.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for keeping the Fitbit app updated. This shouldn't be happening and just to confirm, may I know since when this started to happen? Also, does the same happen when manually logging an exercise? If possible, take a screenshot of what is displayed in the Fitbit app and attach it in your reply so I can look into this.

In the meantime, let's give a try to the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  4. Tap on the exercise tile > your exercise > Categorize Exercise and try editing your information one more time.

Keep me posted.

Thanks for the reply!

I'm not really sure when this started happening, I haven't used this functionality for awhile. But it worked about a year ago I think?

Manually logging is the same unfortunately.

I've tried login out, force quitting the app and restarting the iPhone, no luck there.

Confirmed that my girlfriend has the same issue. Could it be something related to iPhone X, Charge 3 or our location (Sweden) maybe?

@LZeeW That works! Changing from Automatic (which is Sweden) to United States gives me the excercises back!

And I also noticed that Sweden is listen twice, one of them works and the other doesn't!

Anywho, might be worth forwarding to the dev team @LizzyFitbit 😊

And thanks @LZeeW for the help! 😊
