No sleep data after latest iOS app update

I have Charge 2 & updated my Fitbit iPhone app yesterday and now seem to be having syncing issues. The app shows no data at all from my sleep last night and on a recent attempt to sync the dashboard showed as 'yesterday'. It restored to today after quitting and restarting the app but still nothing at all recorded from my sleep even though my heart rate history shows it was tracking all night.

Hello @Jasmine11, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

This seems like a very odd situation but it's possible the information is not being correctly on the app because it did not refresh correctly with the information in our servers. In this case I would like to suggest you to go to the sleep section of the online Dashboard and check if your sleep was recorded here correctly; if so, please try the following on the Fitbit app:

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button and swiping the app up
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome! Smiley Wink
