Hourly activity graph is inaccurate.

My blaze seems to be counting my 250 hourly steps accurately.  However, when I have met this goal on the blaze, the app doesn't recognize it until I've reached 300 or 350 steps an hour.  Is this a problem with the app or the tracker?  Can it be corrected?

Hello @blazer316, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, since when are you experiencing this issue? This was initially an issue affecting the Fitbit app but it has been corrected with the latest update, which is why if you're still experiencing it after updating the Fitbit app, please go to your online Dashboard and check if the graph is showing correctly there. If so, please try the following on your app:

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button and swiping the app up
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome! Smiley Wink
