Since I downloaded the Fitbit app, I have lost ALL sound on my iPhone. When people call my phone, they can hear me but I can't hear them. When I receive text messages, my phone just vibrates with no sound. What do I need to change in my settings to hear sound again on my phone

Welcome to the Community @Nosound. Downloading an app doesn't take away your phone's sound. I recommend checking your phone's settings and if everything is in order you can contact Apple.

HELP!!! 

I just did the same with my fitbit I’ve turned the Bluetooth off and everything and my iPhone had lost sound 😡 

 

how did you resolve this issue?
