Every time I try to switch between the kids view and parent view in the app I get a message that the password is incorrect or that I don’t have permission. The password is just fine - I can delete the app and log in normally (I can also log in on the website without issues). It’s highly annoying, please provide a solution.
I am having this exact same problem and am getting no meaningful help from tech support! I have made multiple attempts to get this resolved. It is frustrating that my son's birthday present is causing so much difficulty with my own use.
