No sync button in app

Can someone tell me how to sync? There is no sync button in my app.

Hello @MorganG864 and a warm welcome.  There are a few ways to get your device to sync.  On the dashboard page, gently press and pull down on the screen.  A more cumbersome way is to tap on your profile picture > tap on your device > scroll down and there is a Sync Now option.  You tracker should also sync each time you open the app.
