No vibration when the phone rings

Hello

I have been a fitbit user for last 5 years! And very happy with the product as well as features, I use it largely for sleep monitoring, steps and specifically as an alert for calendar as well as phone ring on the alert feature of the device

 

Last few days, the Fitbit does not vibrate when the phone rings!!!

 

After reading on various forums, i have done the following:

 

- Fitbit is updated in terms of firmware and so is my iOS
- Checked for vibration on the relax mode, works but very faint
- Notifications is turned ON on the device as well as iOS
- Have disconnected the device from Bluetooth and configured again (works on occasion for an instance)    
- Also have switched OFF the device and turned it back on

- I have not dropped or damaged the device

So have done everything I could do as per the FAQ's except the factory reset!! 

Can someone guide me or tell me next steps, if factory reset will help bring it back.
