Nofications with two fitbits on two accounts

I’m trying to help my parents who share an iPhone 7+. They both have fitbits (Charge 2 and Blaze) on separate accounts. The Charge 2 is synced to the iPhone and gets notifications, but the Blaze is synced on their iPad and is not getting any notifications. However, they’d both like to get notifications! Is this at all possible?

The iPad is set up in a way that it rings/ gets messages etc when the iPhone does, so I’m thinking there might be a way. Or is it really just not possible?

Hello @Kazzil, I hope you're doing well, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand your concern about this situation, at this moment the reason the Blaze (syncing with the iPad) is not receiving Notifications is because the iPhone is linked to it. The iPhone has priority and as the iPad has been set up to receive messages/calls when the iPhone does, the iPhone's notifications override the iPad ones. My suggestion in this case would be removing the link between the iPhone and the iPad, then check if the Blaze is able to receive any kind of Notifications from the iPad.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
