Hi all - i have been having syncing issues with MFP since June 4th (i believe)....
apparently - MFP has fixed the issue - but i am still not syncing..... anyone else??
any tips?
i have deleted and reopened the apps.. didnt work!
I was able to re sync my accounts following this info as mine didn’t recover after the fix. Unfortunately it won’t recover past data. Using the Fitbit app didn’t work I had to log on the website to follow the steps.
Please remember that this is a my fitness pal issue and fit users or Fitbit will not be able to help you out.
