Hello,
I'm trying to install the Fitbit app on iOS 13.5, iPhone7. It shows error message i.e. App needs iOS version 12.2 or higher which seems irrelevant.
I tried to reboot the phone couple of times but no luck
Please help
Thanks,

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @MonishP.
I am sorry to hear you're unable to install the Fitbit app on your iPhone 7 with iOS 13.5. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend confirming if there is any update pending for your iPhone: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Please also try one more time to turn off your iPhone and wait 1-2 mins then turn your iPhone back on. Make sure you have a strong Internet connection and try installing the Fitbit app again.
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
