  • I’m not getting notifications on my brand new Versa 2 even though I have everything on and have followed all the trouble shooting?

Thank you for your response! I have an iPhone 7 and it is compatible

I'll move this to the iOS area for more relevant responses. From what I've read, you need to have it set for "preview" to get the notifications.
