Hello! I’m trying to set up a versa three with my iPhone, and not having much luck.

I am unable to get any notifications or access the apps I would like to get notifications for to set them up.

When I go into the notification section on the app, everything is turned on. When I click on the app notifications area I am unable to see the apps that I would like to connect to. Examples would be iMessage Gmail, etc.,

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app I have removed the device from the app and reinstalled it. I have turned everything off and shut it down. I have ensure that all of the notifications are set up correctly. Bluetooth is set up correctly. Everything is set up correctly. Help!

@marneyjt Welcome to the community!

Thanks for every step that you've tried so far, and the screenshot provided. While this is odd, may I know if you've received notifications on your phone from those apps such as Gmail? I'm asking this as first you need to receive a notification on your phone to see it in the App Notifications list. Assuming that's the case, let's try following these other steps in the given order:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and forget your Versa 3.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. On your phone settings tap Notifications and on each app you want to receive notifications from check:
    - Show Previews is set to Always or When Unlocked.
    - Alerts > Notification Center is turned on.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. When asked, pair your Versa 3 and try setting up your apps notifications.
