The Fitbit is overriding settings again and "auto-detecting" exercises that are not happening. I have turned off auto-detection for most exercises and yet it continues to force it. Please fix this and stop fussing with it so it overrides the settings.
This is obviously some new update because I adjusted these settings over a month ago and it has just started being an issue again.

@sroser It's good to see you here in the forums.
Thanks for the steps that you've done, and the screenshots provided. I understand you as this shouldn't be happening. To work on this together, I'd suggest setting up your Fitbit as a new device to make sure it syncs with the auto-detect exercise settings sync correctly.
Once this is done, double check the auto-detect exercise settings one more time and use your Fitbit as you've been doing so far to monitor its behavior.

@sroser I looked at your public profile and saw that you use an Inspire 3. Your Inspire 3 recently got a firmware update that made changes to the Exercise app. This is different from your auto-dection (SmartTrack) exercises that you control in the Fitbit app. This update can Auto-Start six different exercises: walk, run, bike, elliptical, rowing, and spinning. You need to turn this off on your Fitbit:
You need to make this change for each unwanted shortcut.
