Ongoing issue with iPhone and Fitbit app

I have the latest Fitbit app version for iOS. The app crashes (closes down) only for those 2 parts - zone minutes and exercise days tab (I'm able to go inside exercise days, but I try to open anything inside it, it crashes).

Please, confirm that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app: How do I use the Fitbit app?

In addition, please try to perform the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
