@Kellyisfit you don't mention which fitbit tracker you have so my response will be quite generic. Have you tried everything listed here? I would also possibly suggest suggest you try a restart of your tracker, especially if you did everything in the previous link. Sometimes it takes a few restarts for the problem to be corrected. Let us know if that works for you or you need further assistance.

Welcome to our Community @Kellyisfit! Thanks for stopping by! I noticed @SunsetRunner provided you with some suggestions to help you resolve your issue. I'd like you to follow the steps provided at I can't sync my tracker and if that doesn't work please set up your tracker as a new device by following these instructions. Note that if you have not synced in over 24 hours, your activity data for previous days will be lost and only today's data will remain.
