My new fitbit Flex will not pair with either my Mac or my iphone 6s. In regards to my attempts to set up on my iphone, my fitbit is charged, it lights up when I tap on it, but it cannot be "found" by my phone. I have reset the fitbit as described in the troubleshooting at least 6 times and have also restarted my phone several times, toggled the bluetooth off 10 seconds then back on, and tried to delete and redownload the app. Nothing seems to help. I would prefer to set up on my phone, but its worth noting that it also cannot be found by my macbook even with the dongle plugged in. Nothing seems to work and I have read every discussion post and troubleshooting article there is. Help!

Welcome to our Community @km410! Thanks for stopping by! I'd like you to verify the following:
1. Your iOS software is updated to the latest version. Verify by going to Settings > General > Software Update to check for updates.
2. Bluetooth is enabled in iOS settings. Bluetooth must be enabled in order to sync your tracker to your iOS device.
3. The tracker is not already paired to your account.
Once you have verified the requirements above please try the following steps:
1. Restart your tracker one more time.
2. After your tracker has restarted, reboot your iOS device.
3. Open the Fitbit app, tap "Join Fitbit,” and then proceed through the setup process.
For more information on setting up your tracker with the Fitbit app for iOS please go here.
Hope this helps, let me know how it goes!
