Not getting call notifications/vibrations for alarms

I have had my Fitbit charge HR for about 2 weeks now, and I can't get the vibration on the slient alarm to work as well as any call notifications. Any ideas? I have an iPhone 6 have made sure all my settings are set up to receive notification. Is this defective?

A warm welcome to the Forums @Anajacks21. If your tracker is not vibrating as it should and is not receiving calls, I recommend Restarting your Charge HR and follow the Calls Notifications troubleshoot, after the restart process you can test it by setting an alarm or with a call.

I tried this last night. And I'll try it again tonight. But it didn't work when I tried it last night. The alarm works. But I'm not getting notified it is going off. Same with call notifications - all my call settings are turned on, but I'm not getting notified
