Hi, I've just bought a Fitbit charge hr and it's not finding my phone contacts, I've tried everything!

Hi @Emmasearle75,

What's important to note is that searching your contacts for Fitbit friends uses emails that are saved to your contacts, not phone numbers.

 

If you don't have email addresses saved in your iOS contacts or if your friend uses a different email address than the one that you have saved, they won't show up in the Fitbit App. Click here for more details.
