@Lllouiso I think I can help you out! I would recommend re-pairing your tracker to your account using the replacement setup process. Click here for instructions.
@NickeyBothma @Ltech I think your syncing troubles are slightly different. I would recommend the following steps:
1. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
2. If your tracker didn't sync for some reason, force quit and reopen the Fitbit App.
3. If the problem still persists, please restart your iOS device and restart your tracker.
