Fitbit not syncing

My Fitbit will not sync, and has not since 3/30/16 I have the most available update on my phone. Have contacted support and have done everything they said. Any suggestions...

We have tried to re-add the device and it will not locate the Fitbit. It's fully charged and will register others?!?! Would it possibly be the Fitbit its self?

I also have the same problem with my fitbit. It's not synching through the app.

The surge is not connecting via bluetooth. As if it's not being picked up

My Charge syncs with the Fitbit app, but not the iPhone "Heart". My "One" does not even sync with the Fitbit app.

@Lllouiso I think I can help you out! I would recommend re-pairing your tracker to your account using the replacement setup process. Click here for instructions.

@NickeyBothma @Ltech I think your syncing troubles are slightly different.  I would recommend the following steps:

1. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

2. If your tracker didn't sync for some reason, force quit and reopen the Fitbit App.

3. If the problem still persists, please restart your iOS device and restart your tracker.
