Is there any setting you have to enable to get imessage notifications on a Versa lite? I am able to get phone call, text messages, and facetime call notifications but not imessage! please help

Hi @JamesGent54. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.
Thanks for letting me know that the rest of your notifications work except iMessage notifications. I'll help you with this matter. First of all, let me clarify that the text messages option in the Fitbit app will allow you to receive notifications from the default messaging app on your phone, meaning the iMessages app for iPhone.
That said, please go to your iPhone settings > Notifications > Messages and enable all the options under Alerts. Also set the Show Previews to Always. Then, open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Versa 2 > Notifications and make sure the text messages option is turned On.

@LizzyFitbit Fitbit customer service says you have to set location services to always in order to sync does that mean that location services have to be enabled to receive message notifications?
Or Fitbit support line providing incorrect information?
