iPhone XR
FitBit Flex 2
iOS 13.4.1
Receive a dialog "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again." Trying again doesn't help get the same dialog over and over.
Force quit the app.
Deleted the app and downloaded again from app store.
Powered down and restarted the iPhone.
Tried with WiFi turned off.
I am able to login to the FitBit Connect app on Mac OS 10.13.6
I am able to login to the web site. So I think I have the correct credentials.

Hi @rkrato. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.
Thanks for taking the time to try some troubleshooting steps on your own, as well for the information provided. This sounds odd and since you're able to log in to other devices, could you please take a screenshot of the error message and share it in your reply. For instructions to attach a picture check this post.
Even though you've tried deleting and reinstalling the Fitbit app, I'd recommend to verify it's running the latest version. For more details, see this help article.

Here is the dialog I received. I ended up removing the Fitbit from my
account, factory reset the Fitbit and the reinstalled everything from
scratch. At that point I was finally able to get the app to let me login
and add the Fitbit I my account.
