I cannot get notifications in my Alta to work with my ipad pro. I keep getting a message saying I need to pair my Alta with my ipad. I hit yes but nothing happens.

Just a thought but if the Alta is already paired with a phome, you will need to disconnect it. Tje easiest way would be to turn off the BT on the phone negore it can be paired to amother device sick as an iPad
