Not getting text notification on Charge 3

Ive had my fitcharge 3 for 3 months now, i noticed yesterday that i'm not getting my notifications for: text messages and google hangout. Im using a IPHONE 8plus with it, eveyrthing was working perfectly. ive checked in the FITBIT app to make sure that both text and hangout is active to receive the notifications.

 

please help!!
