No messagesI am not able to get text messages from my iPhone 11 synced to my inspire HR

I am sorry to hear you're not receiving text notifications on your Inspire HR synced to your iPhone 11. I am here to help. It’s important that you carefully review your notifications settings on your iPhone. Please follow all instructions in Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones. 

 

Make sure to toggle the iMessage setting: General > Messages > iMessage, verify the `Show Previews` to be on `Always`.

I am sorry to hear the issue persists, thank you for your efforts to resolve this. I understand that you have the "Show Previews" setting on "Always". Have you tried to change it to "When unlocked" as this setting worked for some users?
