Latest update installed and 7 day step count is not updating

I have reset IOS, FitBit Alta HR and still the 7 day step count is not updating however, the total daily count will sync and update. If I go into fitbit.com it will update the 7 day count. What is wrong with the App? I was much happier with the way everything worked before this past update.

I sync my IOS app and the daily steps update however, it does not update my total 7 day step count. When I go on fitbit.com my 7 day count is updated and then updates on IOS app. Why is this happening and is there a fix? I have reset my Alta HR and reset my IOS. This all started when the latest update was done.

Mine is doing the same thing for almost a week now.  I have done everything possible to resolve this.  It is an on going issue with fitbit.  They need to stop trying to fix tho ya that aren’t broken!!  It is a monthly thing with them!!!

I’m also having this issue! It’s so frustrating. I’ve read many forums and done everything they’ve said with no change. I should be at 61,725 and it shows me at 16,665. Not even close. Would be nice for them to be able to adjust it as i have a friendly competition going on with some friends and now I’m at the bottom.

It’s still has not been corrected and is extremely frustrating as it is getting worse. What is wrong with FitBit? I have done everything imaginable and still it is not counting the 7 day step total. I’m ready to give up on FitBit UGH!

It hasn’t been fix d yet and I am so frustrated. I have done everything possible and still it seems to be getting worse. I’m ready to just stop using FitBit completely and I have been using for nearly a decade. This is so upsetting I keep hoping it will get corrected but nothing yet. Ugh

Me too!!! They won’t take the responsibility that it’s on there end.  I even checked on Twitter and people are complain on there twitter page as well.  This is a almost a monthly problem!!! I walked a couple thousand steps a little bit ago, synced my phone to my fitbit, 7 day total never updated and that’s been over an hour ago!!!

Glad to know I’m not alone but so sad that nothing has been done to fix the problem. FitBit is not as responsive and willing to fix things quickly as they were tears ago. So sad
