Not getting text notifications

Text notification not working. Phone notification is working. Text was working but stopped. I’ve done all the obvious things to try and remedy this and I cannot figure it out. Any help would be appreciated thanks

I have the same problem. I tried every step suggested on the forums, spent 20 minutes chatting with a fit bit helpline assistant only to be told to repeat the same actions I already took.   It’s frustrating that all fit bit reps keep repeating the same actions but they don’t have a solution when those actions don’t work. I’m not buying a new Fitbit if the issue is a larger scale problem for iPhone users.    Fitbit needs to find a solution.  Don’t want a discount for new Fitbit if I’m still going to have the same issue.

Try not deleting your Fitbit from the app but just adding it again. That worked for me
