Hi @Davep12345  your phone needs to be at least iOS 13 to work with the app. Check your spam folder?

As @Odyssey13 mentioned above, please check your spam and junk folder since some of the emails from Fitbit are redirected to those folders. You can also select the option to resend the verification email on the Fitbit app.

Hi @Davep12345.

Thanks for the update. You can also try resending the verification email from your online dashboard at fitbit.com. Once you login from there, you'll see the option to resend the email on the main dashboard.
