Not holding a charge

My fit bit flex will no longer hold a charge. I have followed the cleaning instructions and it will not hold the charge for longer than one day. Is my fit bit wearing out or is there a solution I am not aware of?

A warm welcome to the Community @Laraejen and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your Flex is not holding a charge, I recommend following the instructions provided in this post.
