My floors are always 0 lately. But I am taking stairs everyday at work. Do I have to set up something?

@Tangag  You didn't mention what tracker you have?  (Alta, Blaze, Flex, etc....). Did it track stairs before?  (Not all Fitbit's are able to track flights of stairs)

 

 Have you tried restarting the tracker?

Yes its Fitbit charge 2 with heart rate and yes ut counted floors before.
No I didnt try to restart it. Didn't know it was possible.
