Not pairing with iPhone 8 IOS 13.3

The iPhone 8 detects the tracker after the search but will not pair with the phone. Is this issue likely to be resolved as I am currently enrolled in a health program using Fitbit, this health program is currently being jeopardized! What is the point of keeping the Fitbit?? Will have to change to something that can track my fitness etc.....!!!!!

I understand you’re experiencing syncing issues. I would suggest trying to restart your Fitbit Tracker to see if that resolves the problem. Look here to see the proper restarting instructions: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186

Hi, that did not help. In fact the Fitbit has stopped working completely, nothing even shows up on the screen. Really irritating 😠

Thats quite odd. Just restarting your Fitbit shouldn’t have that effect. You should call Fitbit Customer Service. Here are ways you can contact them: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs
