Hello!
I recently surpassed 50k steps in a day and believe I should have received a new badge For this. Unfortunately, nothing has been awarded.
I've waited a couple of days, logged out of the app / logged back in (as per some other guidance on the forum) and have not been manually logging steps (I'm not even sure how to do this).
Both my ’in app’ step count and the step count for this day (5th March 2020) on my online dashboard is displaying 50k plus steps... But still nothing.
Any help you could offer in solving this mystery would be appreciated!
