Hey I am trying to sync my messages through to my Fitbit charge 3. My calls and Facebook messenger notifications come through but nothing else. I have tried rebooting, re-installing and shutting down the apps but it still won’t work. Any help would be appreciated

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that you receive only call and Facebook messenger notifications on your Charge 3. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I recommend confirming the notifications settings and the instructions in Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones. Make sure to toggle the iMessage setting: General > Messages > iMessage, verify the `Show Previews` to be on `Always`.
