My Versa just stopped receiving text messages and calls. All of my notifications are on tone receiving them! Anybody know why

Hi there @Amyversa1. Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems getting notifications from your phone to your  Versa. I just helped someone else having a similar problem, so please take a look at my response by clicking here.

The only thing that would change is the way you'd restart your Versa. For that, press the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your Versa to reboot.
