I can not continue to set up my fit bit because I'm not receiving the needed email to do so.

If you're not receiving the confirmation email to validate your account, please make sure that your email address doesn't contain any kind of typos, then check your spam or junk folder as some email providers might recognize Fitbit emails as spam. If you're not able to find it, please try to send the validation email once again.
