Hi - I just got a new Fitbit Ionic for running (to replace my Apple Watch). I am trying to get iMessages and Emails to show up on my Ionic, and can't. I can get all other sorts of notifications, no problem (although in some cases, I can't delete them).
Has anyone seen this exact issues? I see solutions, but they all have to do with turning notifications on, which I have done. I have not seen anything specific to iMessages (as opposed to just regular texts).
Thanks

A warm welcome to the Community @PDZ-TO. Thanks for the details mentioned. I appreciate the research and the troubleshooting done before contacting us.
I would like you to try the procedure for Fitbit device not receiving notifications from your phone. It is recommend when users are not receiving any kind of notifications. You may want to double check that the phone that you're using is a compatible device.
Regarding the notifications that you aren't able to delete, please restart your Ionic and they should be deleted after this.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Hello Silvia
yes I have tried those steps. Still not getting text messages and emails. Only other notifications, including calendar notifications and I can see when someone is calling.
Any other ideas?
