I am not receiving any notifications or messages on my iPhone under the Fitbit app.I used to get notifications or messages when I reached a new milestone Or achieved a certain goal. I have not received anything since I changed over to my new Fitbit.

I think I have the answer for this and I'ld like to help you out!

 

If you're using an iOS device, based on customer feedback, we stopped showing notifications in the Notification Center. You can continue to receive these notifications as push notifications by turning on Push Notifications in the app under Account > Notifications. Additionally, ensure that Notifications is selected in your iPhone settings.
