How do I reset my Fitbit back to factory settings please?

Not all fitbit models have a factory reset option. The following help file has instructions for those that do:

@Jillybabe1969, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for posting your question. As @SteveH mentioned, depending on your device the instructions for a Factory Reset vary, please check the link he kindly provided for further instructions. May I ask you why would you like to perform a factory reset on device? We will be happy to assist you further in case you're having trouble with it.
