Hi @Walker1901. Welcome to the Community. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and let's work on this together. While it's odd that the notifications aren't working for certain hours, may I know if you've had syncing issues? Have you also had other Bluetooth connections nearby when this happened?

If that doesn't apply to you, please try the following:

  1. Remove your Charge 3 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your tracker.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Charge 3.
  5. Tap on Sync Now and wait until it's completed.
  6. Then tap on Notifications, pair your tracker and monitor its behavior during the day.

Make sure the notifications are always turned on in your Charge 3. To verify this, go to the clock screen on your tracker, hold the left button, swipe to the left if necessary and check the quick settings.

I'll be around, keep me posted.

Dear Lizzy

I know why it isn't working in the morning, because then I'm also using my scale with a BlueTooth connection. I keep in mind not to use those together.

Do you have already some more news about my other problems with syncing of the amount of sleep, weight loss, number of trainingen, water on my watch? Like told before (in the IOS forum), I see the updates of this on my app, but not or barely on my watch (Sometimes after a couple of days, sometimes not). Can these item sthen be removed from the watch? I don't need them. Actually, these items were not visible on my watch in the beginning, the were visible after a couple weeks when starting to use the watch.

Thanks for your reply!

Hi @Walker1901. It's good to see you again and I'm sorry for the delayed response.

Thanks for keeping me updated and I'm glad that you were able to find the root of this situation. Nice job! About your other inquiry, currently there isn't an option to remove those tiles from the Charge 3, however they should update as long as your tracker is syncing.

That said, let me recommend to turn off the All-Day Sync from the Fitbit app, restart your Charge 3, turn back on the All-Day Sync and monitor your tracker on the next days. If that doesn't work, take a picture of the details that aren't updating on your tracker vs the details displayed in the Fitbit app so I can look into this. For instructions to attach a picture in your reply, check this post.
