Not receiving notifications from Facebook Messenger iOS 11

Just downloaded the new iOS 11 yesterday. Once doing so, no longer getting facebook messenger notifications on my blaze. I’ve tried: restarting both the phone and watch. Uninstall and reinstall app. Turn off/on Bluetooth. Uninstall and reinstall blaze watch in app. Please help!

If you're not receiving notifications from 3rd party apps in your Blaze, please try the following:

 

  • Restart your Blaze by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  • Restart Notifications on your phone:
    1. Go to the Bluetooth settings and check if Blaze is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
    2. Restart your phone.
    3. Open the app and tap on Account > Blaze > Notifications > App Notifications and enable Facebook Messenger once again.
