Exercise tile not showing the correct days.

Hi, I have the latest iOS update (6splus) and a charge 2; my exercise tiles are not filling in. It shows that I have completed 1/5 days when it should be 4/5. I restarted my Fitbit, phone, unsynced/synced the Fitbit, and deleted and redownloaded the app. Nothing worked. Please help. Thanks.

Thanks for letting me know about this issue. Our engineers are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please try the following:

 

  • Force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app.
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
