I just got an iPhone 10 and now I’m not receiving text messages. Any ideas??  I’ve tried everything.  Thank you

Hello @AngieB9461 and a warm welcome.  There is a known compatibility issue with iOS 13 and the Fitbit app.  Fitbit is trying to solve this issue.  There is a pink banner across the top of the page with the link to troubleshooting tips.

Hi there @AngieB9461, welcome to the Community Forums. 

As my friend @LZeeW mentioned, we’re aware of the issue with notifications after updating to iOS 13+. Please chick here to find the troubleshooting steps that may fixed the issue.
