I have Iphone XR and using fitbit charge3. For roughly six months I was ok with receiving messages and notifications. I'm no longer getting notifications/messages. fitbit app is installed. It is synced with fitbit Charge 3. I've redone all setups tried everything. I've set up notifications on the fitbit app. I've set up notifications on my iPhone. I've restarted my iPhone. I've restarted the fitbit charge 3. It is connected to blue tooth. I've told blue tooth to forget device and set up again. I've done all the pending updates, app and iPhone. I've set up notifications to show locked screen and notification center, and banners, Allow notifications is on. fitbit still will not display notifications. Wits end! One step away from the trash! Help!

Hi @dt23, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post, your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation before posting are appreciated, totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hi @Rach2705, thanks for bringing this to my attention.
I'm sorry to know that you're experiencing the same issue with your iPhone XR but I'm here to help you out. In order for us to move on. can you first let me know if you already tried the troubleshooting steps from my previous post? Some users here in the Community Forums tried them out and solved the issue, hopefully it will solve yours as well. Otherwise, please send me a screenshot of the notifications settings from the Messages App of the Fitbit app so I can verify if everything is correctly setup for you to receive notifications.
I'll be waiting for your reply.

Your reply is appreciated @Rach2705.
Thanks for taking the time to attach a screenshot into your post. Unfortunately, the screenshot provided is for the notifications settings of your Charge 3 device and the one I need in order to verify that everything is correctly setup is from your phone's settings. Please go to Settings, then Apps, Messages app > Fitbit.
Looking forward to your reply.

Thanks for sharing a few screenshots more @Rach2705.
Based on your phone settings, can you please try to change the notifications banner from Temporary to Persistent and let me know if you continue having difficulties? Also, lets make sure that power management is currently disabled for the Fitbit app.Go to your phone settings > apps > Fitbit and then power or battery.
I'll be waiting for your reply.

Your update is appreciated @Rach2705.
Thanks for taking into consideration the steps that were shared on my previous post, I'd like to apologize with you because the Power management steps are for a previous version of the iOS your phone is currently running, this is the reason why you were unable to find that option. That said and because the notifications banner style was changed, can you please let me know if you're still experiencing difficulties with your Charge 3?
I'll be waiting for your reply to proceed.

Your clarification is appreciated @Rach2705.
I thought that you were not receiving notifications at all, since this is not the case, please make sure that Do not disturb mode is currently disabled on your Charge 3 by going to the Quick Settings menu.
I'll be here if further assistance is needed.
