Not receiving notifications on Fitbit Versa 4 from iPhone 14

Hi,

I have a Fitbit Versa 4 and an iPhone 14 (with the latest iOS), but I’m not receiving any notifications on my watch. I’ve followed all the recommended steps from the support pages:

 

  • Bluetooth is on and the watch is properly paired.
  • Notifications are enabled for the Fitbit app and in the iPhone’s settings.
  • Do Not Disturb is turned off on both the iPhone and the watch.
  • I’ve restarted both devices multiple times.
  • The Fitbit app is up to date.

 

 

Despite all of this, I still don’t receive any notifications (calls, messages, or app alerts) on my watch. I’ve seen other users reporting similar issues. Is there any official solution to this?

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not receiving any notifications from your iPhone 14. 

Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you tried. 

Could you please confirm if you have verified your settings and applied the steps shown here ? Why are notifications delayed or missing?
