For people whose notifications are working what iOS update are you all on?

I reckon it’s been 6 months since mine has stopped working.

Hi @Anita_Senorita, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.

I am sorry to hear you're not receiving notifications on your Fitbit device. I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. It’s important that you carefully review your notifications settings on your iPhone. Please confirm if you've followed all instructions in Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones

Make sure to toggle the iMessage setting: General > Messages > iMessage, verify the `Show Previews` to be on `Always`.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

Hi yeah I’ve tried all the requested things and still no luck. I’ve been affected since it started. It is quiet annoying I have thought about just getting another device that’s not Fitbit as you are advertising a function that can’t be delivered.

Hi so apparently my notifications have started working on themselves but my Fitbit doesn’t vibrate when the msg comes through? Is that still apart of the same issue or separate? Or how do I get it to buzz when msg comes through? Thanks

Hi

So upon checking the link my battery was to low but it appears the calls are coming up on it but not the msgs. The msg is showing on the screen under notifications but not actually appearing or vibrating.

Where as with the call it is showing and vibrating?
