Just got my new Alta HR because I thought my original alta was broken but now my texts and calls aren’t working with my new one. I have an iphone 8. Ive tried every reset I can find. Saw all the old comments about this... is this still an issue??? There are so many new phones, is the 8 not compatible?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting this matter prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
