App display missing info

My app on my iPhone updated yesterday morning. After my walk I could not see the breakdown of the walk information such as pace per km. Would like to get this information visible again. Any suggestions?

Hi @AnneMarie12, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which iPhone are you using? The Walk exercise was correctly logged into your account or you're unable to find such information? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the iOS version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Keep me posted.

I am using an iphone 8 with the latest update iOS 13.3.1. I deleted the app
from my phone and reinstalled it. This did not fix the change. Since the
FitBit app updated itself last Tuesday morning the display is quite
different. My walks are now appearing in two separate visuals neither of
these showing my route or the pace per kilometer. Are these items being
displayed in a new area? All I am seeing is the heart rate zone, heart
rate, calories burned and impact on my day. I would like to get the
other display back as it was more valuable to me.
Thanks.
