Not receiving texts from Iphone with Versa Lite (brand new)

I have done all of the things listed on the forum to try and receive texts from my iphone XR on the versa lite, however i still cannot get it to work. I receive all other notifications just not texts messages. Are there any other things i can try to get it to work?

People are reporting that the latest Fitbit app version has fixed this.

Is that right? Sure haven’t seen any changes.

 

I’ve been frustrated with this IOS issue for MANY months. As have many others.

Several months ago, iOS made an underhand move that caused issues with texts on both Fitbit and Garmin watches. This is what the update users, who still experisnced, claimed to resolve. 

 

Since then there has been another issue pop up with an iOS update on iOS devices. Follow my link to the iOS board and for instructions on how to fix.
