I have just purchased a Fitbit versa and email notification not working. Sent an email asking to verify but when I tap the link it goes to a page saying oops not working log into your account and when I log in there's nothing to help can anybody help please and using IOS and phone is iphone 10s?

Maybe I can help. Log into your Fitbit App then tap your profile picture on the upper left side of your screen then scroll down and tap notifications. Insure that the email notifications you want are enabled in green.

Open your Fitbit App and tap on your profile picture on the upper left side of your screen then scroll down to the name of your tracker (Versa) and tap it. Then scroll down to and tap notifications and make sure what you want here is also enabled in green.

I now understand you mean when you literally made a new account and the email verification you got from Fitbit the link is not working. 😃 WELCOME to Fitbit by the way. Because the email comes directly from Fitbit I’m gonna try and get a moderator in here to assist you. If you want you can try and call Fitbit Customer Service Directly and the can help you. There number is:
+1-877-623-4997 (they may even be able to resend you a verification email)

The moderators will show up but it takes time. 😉 your not forgotten. But while your waiting you can call Fitbit Customer Service. They might be able to assist you sooner. Either way let me know when this resolves 😃

@LiliyaFitbit I happen to notice your around the community today. Is it possible that you help @Andy-D He is a new Fitbit user and he is setting up his new account. He got an email from Fitbit with a link inside to verify his email address to start his account as a new user but the link is not working.

I’m so very sorry your still waiting for a response. I know that this issue can only be resolved from someone who actually works directly with Fitbit. I flagged your post hoping that would get a response. In the meantime have you tried calling Fitbit Customer Service. Your issue can be resolved so much quicker that way.

Unfortunately not. I don't recall seeing this problem before and don't know what to suggest. I think @Andy-D needs to speak to customer support if it's urgent. Perhaps use the phone or web chat options at contact.fitbit.com

If you already called Fitbit Customer Service and had no luck have you considered uninstalling the Fitbit App and try to start a new one again with a different email address. (I have no idea if using the one you have been trying will work but who knows it might) At least then it will prompt a new email verification link from Fitbit and maybe that one will work.
I’m sure you got instructions on how to start a new account with your Fitbit but here’s a link with more detailed information to help you along:

@Andy-D, I'm sorry that you're not able to receive the verification email to setup your Fitbit account, and thanks for your efforts while working on this. I'll be here to help you out with this. Just to confirm, have you tried checking your spam and junk folders to see if that email got there? If so, I'd recommend the following:
